How do Zoom sessions work?+

Sessions run on a secure, encrypted platform. You receive a link 24 hours in advance—headphones recommended for privacy.

What’s the cancellation policy?+

48-hour notice is required. Late cancellations are billed in full so the slot can remain available for other clients.

Do you work with companies?+

Yes. Croía Counselling offers bespoke wellbeing programmes and return-to-work support for corporate teams.

Can I switch between Zoom and in-room?+

Absolutely. Choose the format that suits your schedule each week—hybrid support is part of the practice.

Do you provide emergency support?+

Croía Counselling isn’t an emergency service. In crisis, contact Samaritans (116 123) or Pieta (1800 247 247).
